CCMI is a specialized finance firm involved in facilitating municipal lease programs for federal, state and local governments from coast-to-coast. Our forte is the ability to orchestrate solid financial solutions for our clients and successfully bring those to the public markets.

Founded in 1982, CCMI is the oldest corporate lessor in the municipal leasing market providing municipal lease-purchase and installment sales financings for the procurement of both personal and real property.

We are known throughout the industry as the pioneer of lease-purchase programs for governmental entities. We developed the master lease structure in 1987, which is now considered a standard financing structure in the municipal marketplace, through our work with the State of Maryland.

The firm also has developed a unique niche in evaluating biomass, wind, solar, advanced biorefineries, and energy efficiency projects.
